5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

betwin currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other listed banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus funds are shown as real money but are not eligible for direct withdrawal.
• betwin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If abuse of bonus offers is detected (bonus hunting, multiple accounts), the bonus will be cancelled.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

betwin reserves the right to cancel a bet due to a technical error even if it appears accepted on screen before being confirmed. Any bet placed at an incorrect price or with wrong odds will be declared void and the user's stake will be returned.

7.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. Odds may change after a bet is placed but before it is confirmed. The odds in effect at the time of confirmation are final.

7.3 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Games familiar to players include slots, live baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, and fishing games.

7.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a disconnection, server downtime, or any other technical issue, betwin will review the situation and make a decision. That decision is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betwin platform:

• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets
• Operating multiple accounts or regularly using family members' accounts from the same device
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Placing bets by exploiting incorrect odds or programming errors

If such activities are found, the account concerned will be permanently closed, bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
